Robin's Nest consists of three Historical houses setting side by side. We call them The Big Nest (c.1898 Victorian); The Little Nest (c.1920 Craftsman); and The Gandt House (c. 1938 two story sturdy brick).

Beverly's Tree House is in the Gandt House, so named in honor of the young couple for whom it was built in 1938 at the end of the Great Depression. Robin knows the original owner, who passed away in her late 90s. She was a vivacious, intellectual, kind woman to the end of her days.

Beverly's Tree House is an approximate 600 sq. ft. apartment inside the triplex.

So named because of the roof tops and trees viewed through abundant windows, Beverly's Tree House is a very cozy, bright space. It has a full kitchen, which includes a clothes washer and dryer; dining space, living, bedroom and bath. It can sleep three comfortably as it also has a twin in addition to its queen bed.

It's a very private space: honeymoon, weekend getaway or a long-term, extended stay for corporate business. And of course, it's perfect for a vacation. We are in Houston's Museum and Arts District with ample restaurants within walking distance, bars, museums, art galleries, theater, public transport, etc.
